Friendly and helpful staff
Spacious room with balcony views. Convenient location with a big swimming pool nearby
Used and worn-out carpet in the room. Poor quality shower head.

The friendliness of all the staff. They were extremely helpful and made my stay such a pleasurable experience. I would definitely stay here again when I next visit Budapest.
It would be nice if the windows had some vents to allow fresh air. The lack of this made the room feel "stuffy".

Great staff, beautiful location, generous breakfast, overall silence due to no street traffic, romantic kind of accomodation on a boat.
Total lack of fresh air in the room. Almost unable to breathe - windows can't be opened, totally insufficient aircondition, hence air like in a glasshouse.

Title: Family-friendly Fun on the Danube
For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly activities or a dedicated play area for children.

Even if the hotel is located far away from the city, it is easy reachable by bus no 34 that goes to Arpad Hid, or a combination between bus 34 and HEV train. If you are staying for a few days, it is advantageous to get a card (24h, 72h or 7 days card). The hotel's staff is very kind and always helpfull. The room was clean. The breakfast was excellent.

Being an old boat on the Danube is a neat idea. Loved it.
The fact that they didn't jave hot water for days. Hotel staff mumble something about boiler problems. Anyway, for a 4-star hotel in the middle of December, I find this unacceptable. Also, the restaurant schedule was until 22:00, but they closed at 21:30.

Jaw-dropping boat experience, clean and spacious rooms with stunning river view and passing boats. Free parking. Good breakfast. Nearby small restaurant recommendation. Great for families and runners. Staff excellent!

The staff was very friendly.
The closest train station is a kilometer away from the hotel so you have to walk pretty far every day to get anywhere. The train station is also very small so you can't buy tickets from the ticket machine if you don't have 100FT or smaller coins and they don't have ticket office. The train takes you to a main station so from there on it is very easy.

Excellant, friendly, helpful staff, spacious rooms. Public transport into Budapest no problem. Bus 34 at end of short road. Lots of live music along riverside bars and restaurants. Train to airport every 15mins from Nyugati station, so avoids the peak travel delays getting to airport on time. Free ferry at weekends to Budapest centre, relaxing.

Room was ok. Not up to most modern 4 star hotel standards - room was quite small, tv was very very old. Mini bar empty. Hotel was totally empty. We went for dinner at the restaurant at 9pm, sat down at a table and the staff turned the lights off! We told the waiter that we were still there and there to eat and he looked at us badly informing us that the "chef" had left. He returned a few minutes later with an "ok" from the chef. Hotel is way out - about 45 min from Budapest centre - in the vicinity of the hotel - nothing. No bars, entertainment, nothing.

An uncommon hotel on a boat, very nice, very confortable. Interesting if you have a car...
Bad internet connection, not enough fresh air (windows can not be opened), far from the center of Budapest, lot of spiders on the deck...

Excellent value for money. Excellent brekfeast. Excellent room. Restaurant is very good and not expensive. Location is not close to downtown but good if you have a rental car. Otherwise you have to take a cab or make a long excercise to the public transportation
